Umbridge is for real?!?! (warning: it's kinda... bloody.)
Was listening to the radio on the way to work this morning, when I heard a really really creepy piece of news. A teacher in a high school in Southern Japan punished a student for sleeping in his class by making him write an apology... using his own blood. The teacher brought the student to the staff room and gave him paper and a cutter. The student cut his finger and proceeded to write using his blood. None of the other teachers in the staff room noticed what was happening. The teacher apologized later to the student and his parents, as well as to the school officials... but he remains in his position... and the student ain't changing teachers. How creepy is that? I would have pulled out from that school if it were me. But they ain't me. Yikes.
