Today I found "
A Guide to Tolkien" by David Day, and I must say, this is one of the most useful Tolkien-related books ever. It's like a Tolkien dictionary. I intend to read it straight through, which should help me understand "
The Silmarillion" more. And then I could probably graduate to the History of Middle Earth books, and expand my knowledge a little.
The most important Tolkien lessons I learned today are about Iluvatar and the Ainur. I finally understood the story about the creation of Arda, and who the Valars and the Maiars were. Progress is being made. :)
