There was a barrage of messages over at
TPTS today but one stood out for me. Hector posted a spooky trivia. See, he explained that JRRT "sailed off to the West" (ah, passed away) in the year 1973. If you read the numbers from right to left, you will get 3, 7, 9, 1, right?
3 rings for the Elven Kings under the sky
7 for the Dwarf lords in their halls of stone
9 for mortal Men doomed to die
1 for the Dark Lord in his dark throne
In the Land of Mordor where the shadows lie....
What is up with THAT? Oh, sheep.

I tripped on my shoelace
