The Ring is ours... the burden is ours...
Last night, at the
New Worlds Alliance Victory Party,
The Philippine Tolkien Society handed me and
Star Wars Philippines, the One Ring.... and the burden of putting up the 3rd Philippine Science Fiction and Fantasy Convention.
It has now formally begun. The climb to Mount Doom.... and Anakin's fall... and the Jedi Purge... and what should be the biggest sci-fi and fantasy convention here. :)
But the precioussss... it's really so shiny.... so beautifullllll....

Talked to Tita O. about the possibility of her financing my proposed trip to Celebration III.... and she said YES! Yippppeeee!!! Now all I have to do is get the papers in order in time. May the Force be with me. :D

This is a carry-over of watching "Divine Secrets of the Ya-ya Sisterhood" and talking to Joran...
