You rock my world ... literally. Zoiks. That's two earthquakes in three weeks, almost of the same origin (Manila trench), almost of the same intensity (4-5, thereabouts). Scary! Boy, all the stuff I learned in Geology class is coming back to give me nightmares.

Mardon, our resident trooper outfitter (hehehhh) asked me recently why I never got into collecting, seeing as I'm such a big Star Wars fan. The reason is simple. I've never really had the Republic Credits to indulge in such a hobby. Fortunately for me. I'm content to admire everyone else's collection, and maybe help others go bounty hunting. I do sometimes acquire certain items that I particularly like, but that's it. I'm even selective about these acquisitions, I only get certain items associated with a particular character (read: Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader, Yoda, or Artoo). My greatest geek fear is that if I ever turned into a collector, I would become a completist. *shudder*

This reminds me of a funny incident while I was over at Starwars.com's Cargo Bay. They have a cool Collectors' Database feature where you can track your collection, as well as any items on your wish list. Just for fun, I decided to list down all my Star Wars items, and those I'd actually love to have. My "have list" took up barely a page, while my "want list" went on for two pages! Heheh. But that's okay. Maybe if I win the lottery (or at Sabacc), I can start shortening that "want list". LOL.

I've always loved the Star Wars Unleashed figures, and have always maintained that if I ever start seriously collecting Star Wars (and that's a big "IF"), this is probably one of the few lines I'd actually want to complete. But these statues from Gentle Giant look pretty cool, too! Especially this very cute Padmé Clone Wars Maquette.

And speaking of Padmé, yeah, IF I ever become a Star Wars collector, I'd probably complete all the Padmé action figures/dolls. Every single outfit. Now that would be fun. The single character with the most costumes in any movie ever! I think. (11 costumes in "Episode 1: The Phantom Menace"; 15 costumes in "Episode II: Attack of the Clones"; and 8 costumes revealed so far for "Episode III: Revenge of the Sith").
