Teaser Trailer Friday!

This is truly a great time to be a Star Wars fan. Promotion for the last movie is gearing up, there are lots of great collectibles to go around, lots of websites dedicated to the saga, lots of costuming resources... Yes, I can definitely say that this is truly a great time to be a Star Wars fan. And I'm happy to be one. =)

The teaser trailer for "Revenge of the Sith" debuted on Philippine TV today on Channel 7's "Unang Hirit". I've read the descriptions posted by insiders who already saw it countless times, but nothing beats actually seeing it. Boy, I can't wait to see the full trailer. But this one was awesome.

My initial reaction/comments on the trailer:

- What's with Anakin's evil eyes? It looks a lot like Darth Maul's. Although I assumed those eyes were inherent to Maul's species, it's starting to look like maybe it's a Sith thing...

- Palpy looks scary. Evil. They did a great job there.

- Final Duel. Blue lightsaber vs blue lightsaber. Intriguing. I initially thought it'll be red vs blue.

- Mustafar looks like Vanuatu

- Yoda still rocks. :p

- Padmé sporting the Princess Leia cinnamon bun hairdo: cool. Heheh. And we finally get a glimpse of what could possibly be the 10th and 11th Padmé costume revealed.

The trailer will debut on Starwars.com on November 8, and on local theaters with "The Incredibles" starting November 10.
